Introduction

Rock Global Consulting (RGC) was created in July 2006. it is has it's main office in the USA and branches in Rwanda and Burundi. Very soon, RGC will begin expanding its operational markets to Congo and later on Uganda.

Currently RGC counts 21 employees among which 10 are engineers. RGC is the biggest and exclusive partner of Dimension Data in the region.

The Management

Patrick Kabagema, Managing Director

As Managing Director, Patrick is responsible for strategy leadership of RGC, nurturing of strategic partnerships as well as providing the vision, goals and objectives for the company.

He brings valuable expertise in Project Management and Organizational Development. Prior to joining RGC, he was Technology Lead in the Global IT Infrastructure Department of Air Products & Chemicals (the third largest Gas and Chemical company in the world with a yearly IT budget of over $200 million and more than 800 IT employees worldwide) with headquarter in Pennsylvania.

In his 7 years career, he quickly moved to lead the drafting and execution of a variety projects including IT Release, Security, and Migration implementation Plans as well as training Service Availability Managers in planning and executing various IT infrastructure implementation plans. He was also the project assistant on a $30 million level 9 security Datacenter program.

As a volunteer, Patrick was involved in formulating a new Vision and Strategy for the Wescoe School at Muhlenberg College.

He holds dual Bachelor degrees with honors respectively in Computer Science and International Studies with concentration in International Development from Muhlenberg College in Pennsylvania. He has also undertaken courses in managing global team, IT Infrastructure technologies, organizational development, and process improvement.

Johnny Kayihura, Business Architect Director

As Business Architect Director, Johnny is responsible for day-to-day Sales, client relations and marketing.

He brings valuable expertise and experience in management of IT company and business development.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. Johnny has also undertaken courses and conferences in Network Security, Cisco, Microsoft, and HP.
